Orders Under $70 - Flat Rate $5.99 Shipping

Estimated delivery times: The estimated delivery time is 1 - 6 business days, depending on what state you're in, and whether you're in a metro or regional area. All orders are posted from Sydney via Australia Post, so you can calculate the estimated delivery time here.  If you're putting in an order for an upcoming event, wedding, formal or special occasion, we would recommend express shipping over standard shipping to avoid any delays!

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Orders Over $70 - Flat Rate of $6.50 

Orders Under $70 - Flat Rate $8.50 

Estimated delivery times: The majority of Express Post parcels are delivered the next business day or in 1-2 business days, but some regional areas can take up to 3 business days.  All orders are posted from Sydney via Australia Post, so you can calculate the estimated delivery time here. If you need your order for an upcoming occasion, we would recommend Express Post to avoid any delays!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Current delays: Due to the pandemic, our couriers are currently experiencing delays across all international parcels. Delays currently range from 3-10 business days, but these estimates are subject to change in the current circumstances and should be used as a guide only. For upcoming weddings and holiday gifts, we recommend putting in your order in advance. 

For all other countries that we ship to, we currently have a flat rate shipping fee of $15. Countries that we ship to include:

Please note that we are not responsible for another country's taxes or customs charges which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit. Ayla + Oak is not responsible for any charges incurred for receiving orders internationally, and any customs charges and taxes (including VAT) are payable by the receiver. 

We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer.
